Position: LTV-Structures Technician (Orlando, FL)
Description: The Technician is employed to perform the duties as
assigned by
the Employer including, without limitation, all LiveTV Inflight
Entertainment systems installations and/or Maintenance functions
for which the repair stations is rated and the Technician is trained
and qualified to perform.
Essential Functions:
• Performs structural upgrades and removal of existing
structure
• Installs structural provisions per Customer engineering
orders and LiveTV task cards
• Ensures the accurate and timely completion of all repair
station work orders, Customer engineering orders and all
applicable repair station required documentation
• Documents all tasks, repairs and installations
performed on a daily basis utilizing established procedures
• Hangar Clean-Up
• Equipment Preventive Maintenance
Minimum Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or General Education Development
(GED) Diploma
• Current Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Airframe
and Powerplant license is required
• Two (2) years of aircraft structures experience required
• Meets recent experience requirements in accordance
with 14 CFR 65.83
• Completion of a 14 CFR part 147 aviation maintenance
technician school preferred
• FAA 14CFR and Part 145 Repair Station procedures is
highly preferred
• FCC license is a plus
• Must be willing to travel on a regular basis both
domestically and internationally
• Valid, unrestricted Passport with the ability to travel in
and out of the United States or ability to obtain one
• Must possess and maintain a valid Driver License and a
record that meets our parent company’s insurance standards
• Must have a positive attitude
• Regular attendance and punctuality is required
• Speak, read and write English fluently
• Must be an appropriate organizational fit for the LiveTV
culture, that is, exhibit the LiveTV values of Compliance, Respect,
Innovation, Responsibility, Teamwork
• Must be well groomed and maintain a professional
appearance
• Must pass a ten (10) year background check and pre-
employment drug screen
• Must be legally eligible to work in the country in which
the position is located

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, schematics and
diagrams, aircraft maintenance manuals, structural repair
manuals, component maintenance manuals, illustrated parts
catalogues and system flow charts
• Ability to utilize test measuring equipment
• Proficient in the use of structural hand tools
• Knowledge of proper torque techniques and calibration
• Must have excellent communication skills, both oral and
written
• Must be computer literate in various PC based Windows
software programs.
• Ability to adapt to changing conditions, directions and
have the ability to prioritize their workloads.
• Ability to work with and in close proximity of fellow
Teammembers.
• Ability to prioritize workload
• Ability to work in a fast paced team environment
